Details: Jon spends his time in the office providing ‘behind the scenes’ support for the rest of the team or whatever Robin and Amy inform him that he is going to do. With the heart of a music educator, he spends his time looking at all details from how he would have wanted things when he was teaching.
Outside the office: Jon is a full time father of four and husband to a beautiful woman! Jon enjoys travelling with his wife (and sometimes the children) to new and known places around the globe.
Pet Peeves: People that have an issue but don’t speak up to get a solution, when any of the Locke children are whining.

Gary Rector
Director of Sales
Details: Gary is our truck-loading-problem-solving-warehouse-coordinating-tool-wielding specialist. Gary also handles all of our airline requests and can frequently be found pulling out his phone to show off the latest daily picture of Ellie, his first grandchild.
Outside the office: Above all I like to be with my family: My wife Robin, my daughter Lauri (an Assistant District Attorney in Denton), her husband Kyle, and their daughter Ellie, and my son Jonathan (in his final year of Law school at the University of Oklahoma) and his wife Stephanie…but I’m not proud or anything. Robin and I are now empty nesters except for our miniature pinchers Andie and Max – Max can jump up in the trees in our backyard. My granddaughter Ellie has me wrapped around her finger and can have anything she wants…within reason. I also like playing bass guitar and golf (on certain days).
Pet Peeves: Golf (on certain days), baggage fees, people that are constantly late, and people that are cruel to animals.

Robin Rector
Director of Operations
Details: Robin is the glue. She can answer every question and when she can’t, she will track you down until you find the answer for her. Her door is always open, and she is incredibly passionate about each individual on our team and the work we do together. She has been here since the ground up. Robin also says “You’re fired” quite often and doesn’t mean it…we think. She also has a particularly good throwing arm but isn’t very selective about what she throws.
Outside the office: Gary and I have been married for 34 years and we have two great kids: Lauri who is married to Kyle, and Jonathan who is married to Stephanie. I am also the proud Mimi of a granddaughter, Ellie Kate. Gary and I frequently compete to post or show off pictures of Ellie the fastest. I am currently thinking about starting a blog called How to Work With Your Spouse For Twelve Years and Still Love Him.
Pet Peeves: Tailgaters, elitists, flies that I can’t hit, when some calls during American Idol
